Using Bullet CV

Bullet CV at bulletcv.com is operated by EigenMesh Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia (we, us or our). These terms form an agreement between you and EigenMesh Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Contact info@bulletcv.com with questions before using the service.

Bullet CV helps you create CVs, cover letters and screening answers, discover roles, track applications and carry out supported application tasks. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in your location.

Your account and responsibilities

Provide accurate account details, keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Use only accounts, mailboxes and documents you are entitled to access. You are responsible for your information and instructions and for checking that application materials accurately represent you.

Do not fabricate qualifications, impersonate others, infringe others' rights, send spam, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or bypass a website's access restrictions. Respect the rules of employers, job platforms and connected services.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in material you upload or create. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce and transmit it as needed to provide and secure the service, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy. This includes processing by our providers and submissions you authorize.

You may download, edit and use generated documents. AI output may not be unique or qualify for intellectual-property protection everywhere. Bullet CV's software, branding and site design remain the property of their respective owners; using the service does not transfer those rights to you.

Application permissions

Manual tasks and follow-up messages require approval of the displayed destination and guarded action before submission or sending. Connecting a mailbox alone gives no authority to send.

Explicitly enabling autonomous applications gives standing permission to find and assess matching jobs, tailor documents and submit through your selected website and/or email channels within your saved criteria and rolling daily limit. This does not require approval of each application or authorize unrelated manual tasks or follow-up messages. Missing personal declarations, credentials and verification steps still require your input.

Review your brief, documents, channels and limit before enabling autonomy. You can stop it, change its scope or cancel a task at any time. This stops new authorized actions but cannot undo actions already dispatched or accepted. Uncertain submissions need checking before retrying to avoid duplicates.

Plans, payments and renewal

Free includes basic CV creation, editing and PDF/Word export. Pro includes job tailoring, supporting-document features, cover letters, application tracking and the assistant, subject to the feature and usage limits shown in the service.

Pro is US$5 per user per month or US$50 per user per year. Stripe Checkout shows the billing interval, currency, amount and any applicable tax before payment. Your bank may charge for currency conversion. You authorize recurring charges at the selected interval until you cancel. Manage payments and invoices in Account → Plans & billing.

Price changes or material reductions to a paid plan will be notified in advance so you can cancel before they take effect. A price change will not retrospectively change a period already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Plans & billing and the Stripe customer portal before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; Pro remains available until then. You can resume renewal before that period ends. Failed, unpaid or expired subscriptions can lose paid access; your existing CVs remain available on Free.

For billing errors, unwanted renewals or refund requests, contact info@bulletcv.com with your account email and relevant invoice details. We will review the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Cancellation by itself does not issue a refund.

Nothing here excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These can include a remedy for services not provided with due care and skill or otherwise failing a consumer guarantee.

Ending or restricting an account

Delete your account in Account → Data & privacy. Download documents you want to keep first. Deletion cancels a linked subscription before removing account data. If the provider cannot complete cancellation, deletion stays incomplete so you can retry or contact us. The privacy policy explains file cleanup, backups and provider records.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or unpaid fees. Where practicable, we will explain why and give you an opportunity to resolve it. If we discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where possible and address unused prepaid fees and applicable consumer remedies.

Availability and third parties

We work to keep Bullet CV available, but maintenance, failures or changes to third-party services can interrupt features. Employers, mail providers, payment processors and job platforms operate independently, and their own terms may apply. We cannot control their decisions or recall information they already received.

These service limitations do not remove our responsibility under applicable law or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, questions and disputes

The date above identifies the current terms. We may update them as the service changes. Significant changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact details before taking effect where practicable. If you disagree, you can stop using the service and cancel renewal. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Contact info@bulletcv.com with questions or a complaint so we can work to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from contacting a relevant regulator or exercising rights under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and EigenMesh Pty Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides them.
